  • Conducting daily inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
  • Performing routine repairs on electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems
  • Ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained and in excellent condition
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
  • Assisting in preventative maintenance tasks to minimise breakdowns
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and safety checks
  • Complying with health and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for guests and colleagues
