  • Review applications, screen candidates and arrange interviews and registrations
  • Complete right-to-work, referencing, onboarding and other required compliance checks
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, documentation, availability and communication notes within the recruitment system
  • Match suitable candidates to client vacancies, shifts and temporary assignments
  • Communicate assignment details, pay arrangements, PPE, site rules and health and safety requirements
  • Follow up incomplete registrations, outstanding references and periodic compliance checks
  • Support recruitment campaigns and re-engage existing candidates about suitable opportunities
  • Monitor new starters, respond to worker queries and escalate any concerns to consultants or management

Your training

Training will take place remotely and within the apprentice’s workplace at Red Rhino Resourcing. The apprentice will attend scheduled live online masterclasses, complete monthly one-to-one tutor reviews and receive protected time during working hours to apply their learning and build workplace evidence. Formal progress reviews involving the apprentice, Red Rhino and GLP Training will take place quarterly.

Where it leads

Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, the individual may progress into a Recruitment Consultant role, with potential progression to Senior Recruitment Consultant, Account Manager or Recruitment Manager, subject to performance and business requirements.
