You will be provided with full training on the CRM System, Job boards, Industry knowledge, Candidate searching techniques and how to navigate the most advanced candidate resourcing platforms to find that perfect match!

Focusing on permanent recruitment for management roles, we need someone detail-oriented with a sales-driven personality.

Recruitment Resourcer key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and qualifying candidate CVs
  • Create, review and qualify candidates’ CVs from searching platforms
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter to search, connect and contact potential candidates
  • Upload CVs and maintain accurate candidate information on the CRM system
  • Search for existing candidates on the CRM system
  • Prepping content interviews
  • Assist in general ad hoc administrative duties

Your training

  • Full training will be given, leading to a recognised Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard as a Recruiter
  • On-the-job training will be delivered by the employer with the training provider's support
  • Off-the-job training will be delivered by the training provider in partnership with the employer
  • You will also complete the Functional Skills in maths and English up to and including Level 2 (if you do not already hold the equivalent)
  • The apprenticeship is delivered entirely on-the-job, meaning there is no college release time required
  • All training and development will take place within the workplace during your working hours

Things to consider

Though not required, it would be beneficial if you had any retail or sales experience, or any knowledge of the construction industry. If you have any prior experience, kindly let us know. Our office location is 2 minutes from the station; parking is available but on residential streets nearby as the office is right on the high street. Anybody from Theydon Bois up to Wanstead would be suitable.
