  • Create video and graphics for all platforms, working closely with the marketing team
  • Schedule posts across all channels
  • Research content trends across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, staying obsessed with what's new
  • Bring fresh campaign ideas to the team based on trends and platform features
  • Offer insights and spot opportunities in collaboration with the team
  • Support wider marketing content: blogs, ad copy, video/stills, and monthly reports
  • Attend company, client and industry events to capture content and behind-the-scenes footage
  • Promote PR, showcase and client events across social channels
  • Create and post live content on-site, with rapid turnaround Website Content
  • Create engaging case studies and upload photos post-event, liaising with the events team
  • Curate event-trend blog posts to feed the wider content calendar and support SEO
  • Execute a full, up-to-date content calendar aligned to Make
  • Measure and report on content/campaign performance against goals
  • Stay across weekly events, site visits, industry events and fam trips to inform content
  • Proactively suggest campaigns around seasonal events
  • Share client testimonials across all channels
  • Capture footage confidently using a camera

Things to consider

  • Excited by content creation, social media or marketing (personal projects, education or work experience all welcome)
  • Familiar with content tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar
  • Interested in events, brands and creative industry
  • A creative eye with enthusiasm for storytelling
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Good communicator and team player, confident engaging with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Can-do attitude, not afraid to get stuck in, ask questions or take on a challenge
  • Aware of emerging trends in social media and technology
  • Competent written English
  • Passionate and proactive about learning
