- Support the production of member newsletters and publications
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation and reporting
- Learn to create and schedule content across social media and digital channels
- Learn to design engaging marketing materials using Canva
- Draft and proofread content for marketing communications, websites and publications
- Assist with keeping the company website up to date
- Learn how to use the CRM system to support marketing activity
- Use CRM insights to improve member communications and engagement
- Support the promotion and delivery of NFB events, including conferences, award ceremonies, webinars and networking
- Monitor campaign performance and help to produce marketing reports and insights
