The purpose of the role is to undertake administration duties in support of the work of Education Services, supporting the Student Journey from Admissions through to Congregation and beyond. 

You'll be working as part of the Operations Team in Education Services to deliver support during peak times to a number of teams. This will allow you to develop skills and expertise in a range of administrative areas relating to student administration. 

You will be working to achieve the Level 3 in Business Administration during the 2-years within the University. On successful completion of specific skills and modules during the programme, there will be opportunities for salary increase. On final completion of the 2-year apprenticeship there may be the opportunity to join the University as a permanent employee. 

During the 2-year programme, you will complete placements within various Education Services teams. Examples of these could be: The Exam Office, International Student Office, Post Graduate Admissions Office and Student Registry.

Your training

The learner will be studying the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.

Where it leads

On final completion of the 2-year apprenticeship there may be the opportunity to join the University as a permanent employee.
