  • Disassemble cylinder heads and prepare them for machining
  • Inspect engine components to see if they can be reused or need replacing
  • Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and dial gauges
  • Pressure test cylinder heads to check for internal cracks or leaks
  • Clean and prepare components using specialised workshop equipment
  • Maintain job cards to accurately track work progress for our customers
