We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice
to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking
to start a career in marketing whilst gaining valuable hands-on
experience within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating content for social media platforms, including
    LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company website.
  • Help develop project case studies, news articles, and company
    updates.
  • Support the production of marketing materials, presentations,
    brochures, and award submissions.
  • Monitor and update website content to ensure information remains accurate and engaging.
  • Capture and organise project photography, videos, and marketing
    assets.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and internal communications.
  • Support the organisation of company events, exhibitions, careers
    fairs, and community engagement activities.
  • Visiting live construction sites.
  • Help track marketing performance and prepare basic reports on
    campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain project information.
  • Ensure all marketing activity reflects the company’s brand guidelines and values.
  • Assisting with social value reporting and analysis.

Your training

  • The learner will be studying the Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
