  • Providing first-line IT support to colleagues
  • Setting up and maintaining computers, laptops and other IT equipment
  • Supporting users with hardware and software issues
  • Installing and configuring software and applications
  • Assisting with user accounts, passwords and access permissions
  • Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating issues where required
  • Supporting the maintenance of IT systems and equipment
  • Helping to keep IT records and documentation up to date
  • Supporting cyber security and data protection procedures
  • Learning about networks, operating systems and cloud-based technologies
