  • Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
  • Support users with technical issues across desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
  • Help monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Carry out routine system maintenance and software updates.
  • Assist with user account creation, password management and access permissions.
  • Support cloud-based services, including Microsoft 365 and business applications.
  • Learn about network infrastructure, servers, virtualisation and cybersecurity.
  • Maintain IT documentation and update asset management records.

Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship. 

Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent full-time role, subject to performance and business needs.
