  • Support the sales team with customer enquiries and administration
  • Learn about IT products, services, software, hardware and cloud solutions
  • Contact prospective customers by phone, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Qualify sales leads and identify customer requirements
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and other sales documentation
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and lead generation activities
  • Attend supplier and product training sessions
  • Participate in team meetings and sales development programmes
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, bid responses and sales documentation
  • Update and maintain customer information within the CRM system
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and enquiries
  • Proactive follow up of leads generated by our marketing campaigns
  • Adherence to all Concorde Technology Group processes and procedures with reference to the ISO 9001 and 27001 accreditations
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge around the products and services offered by Concorde Technology Group
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of all activities regarding the named Customers including (but not Limited to) completion of Customer records on the Concorde Technology Group internal CRM sales tool
  • Meet apprenticeship learning objectives and attend any required training sessions
  • Any other tasks required for the role

Your training

IT Technical Salesperson Level 3.

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Off-the-job training will follow the time allocations outlined in the occupational standard.

Where it leads

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to progress into a permanent role within the sales team, with potential career paths including:

  • Customer Relationship Executive
  • Customer Relationship Manager
