  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
  • Contact prospective customers via telephone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to identify opportunities
  • Research customers and market sectors to generate qualified leads
  • Manage and update the CRM system with customer information and sales activity
  • Support sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Qualify customer requirements through effective questioning and listening
  • Assist with quotations, proposals and sales presentations
  • Follow up enquiries and opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Support account management activities to retain and grow customer relationships
  • Gather competitor, customer and market intelligence
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and operational teams
  • Contribute to departmental sales objectives and targets
  • Complete apprenticeship training, projects and assessments

Your training

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
