Duties will include:

  • Pick, pack, and assemble metal spring products accurately
  • Carry out general warehouse duties to support daily operations
  • Operate machinery (full training provided)
  • Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
  • Support stock control and movement of materials within the warehouse

Your training

  • BTEC and NVQ in Performing Manufactoring Operations including Functional Skills if required

Where it leads

  • Successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress within the company, gaining more responsibility in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or supervisory roles
